For the 18th consecutive year, the Upper West Side community will gather to read the names of those among the 6 million murdered Jews. The reading will begin at West End Synagogue on Sunday, April 23, at 10 pm, and continue throughout the night with representatives of Upper West Side congregations and other members of the community. It will resume at 9 am on Monday, April 24, at the JCC of Manhattan, ending with the recitation of the kaddish. Come read or witness by your presence.
Join Rabbi Jonah and other UWS rabbis at 10:00 pm as the reading begins, or represent Shaare Zedek during our allotted time, from 5:00 - 5:30 am. Contact the office if you would like to participate.
